Restaurant isolation
A multi-restaurant platform: each restaurant has its own dashboard, data and agent.
One owner account per restaurant today; no staff roles in the dashboard.
Agent tool scope
Agent tools never accept a restaurant id, phone number or price from the caller’s words; the server derives them from the session.
Prices and orders
Prices come only from menu tools; the agent never speaks a price no tool returned. Reads the order back and waits for a clear yes before sending it.
Owner changes
An owner assistant in the dashboard, WhatsApp and Telegram; any change runs only after the owner confirms.
Processors
Speech recognition by Deepgram, voice by ElevenLabs, reasoning by OpenAI models with a fallback model.
This website
The website assistant does not store your raw audio. Conversation context is short-lived and deleted when the session ends or after 30 minutes of inactivity. Contact requests are saved only after your explicit consent.
What we don’t say
We don’t show certifications, latency numbers, customer names or financial results without evidence and permission to publish.
The privacy policy and detailed processing terms are published after legal approval.
